This website is the official software support portal for all software support and licensed products from Remedy IT.
All anonymous users can view limited information of some projects on this website. You can view the news but for any details you are redirected to the login page.
As a registered user you can download files, read the wiki, and access the forum of the projects of which you are a registered user. Registered users are required to have a valid evaluation or developer license.
As a project member you are a registered user but you can also view, report and update issues. An issue is private by default. This means that only you and Remedy IT staff can view your issue. The moment you make your issue public, any project member can view your issue.
Project membership requires having a valid named developer support license for the Remedy IT licensed products. For software support for open source products project membership requires an active remote support contract.
What information do we collect?¶
We collect information from you when registering you for this site. Login is only possible after registration by Remedy IT. We will provide you with your user name and password by email. After the first login you are forced to change your password.
How do we protect your information?¶
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?¶
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal identifiable information to outside parties. Also, your personally identifiable information will not be visible to any other visitors on this site. Your user name will be visible to other users at the moment you make an issue public.
